Hove Lagoon Skatepark

Hove Lagoon Skatepark is a new landmark skate plaza opened in May 2025.

The Hove Beach Park Skatepark is Brighton & Hove’s newest skateboarding destination, officially opened in May 2025 as part of the Hove Beach Park regeneration. Situated at the western end of the park, next to Hove Lagoon, this landmark street plaza was designed with input from local skaters and built by Maverick Skateparks.

The skatepark features a diverse mix of street and transition elements—including banks, kerbs, ledges, kickers, manny pads, rails, and boxes, making it suitable for skateboarders, BMX riders, rollerbladers, and scooter users of all skill levels. The facility is fully integrated with a 150-metre pump track and a 600sqm roller area, creating a unique wheeled sports hub on the Brighton & Hove seafront.

Access: Free public use, open daily

Nearby Facilities: Skatepark, roller rink, cafe and toilets.

Getting there: On-street parking is right next to the skatepark, and the main East - West cycle path also runs right pass. There is a bus stop nearby.
